ThoughtFocus Showcases YANA at EDUCAUSE 2021
MILWAUKEE, WI – ThoughtFocus recently attended the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference in Philadelphia, PA. We were excited to (finally) attend this great event in person!
Although this hybrid conference had a different feel than past years, it was well-run and organized. The break-out sessions were informative and hosted so many of the esteemed higher ed institutions. We were ecstatic to network with industry peers, put faces to names, and share our expertise helping higher education adapt to the “new normal.”
Our booth showcased new tools and accelerators, including student and learning analytics, omnichannel contact centers, AI-driven chatbots, and digital “contactless” workflows.
We look forward to attending more conferences and events next year!
