ThoughtFocus Extends Support to the Largest Chain of Cardiovascular Hospitals in Karnataka, India
Bangalore, India – ThoughtFocus, Bengaluru announced that it has pledged support to Jayadeva Hospital, Bengaluru, one of the largest cardiovascular institutes in Southeast Asia, thereby enabling quality cardiac care for underprivileged patients. This initiative strengthens ThoughtFocus’ commitment to positively impacting health and safety for its communities in India through its social impact program, Pragati.
As part of the initiative, ThoughtFocus donated key equipment to the vascular surgery department at the hospital, including a Versana Balance Advanced Ultrasound Scan Machine, ECG and Bi Phasic Defibrillator. The vascular surgery department at Jayadeva Hospital, alone, examines almost 12,000 patients a year and conducts almost 500 procedures annually. “Our motive is to provide care and treatment to all patients, irrespective of their economic backgrounds. The equipment that has been provided, is going to help us increase our success rate, especially for complex procedures”, said Dr C.N Manjunath, Director, Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research.
