ERP and SAP Leader Joins ThoughtFocus Team

Srini Malineni, ERP and SAP industry leader, joins ThoughtFocus as Vice President, Supply Chain Business Solutions. He brings to this role more than 25 years of IT leadership and management consulting expertise. He will be part of the company’s growing and expanding Manufacturing Practice.

 

Malineni is an accomplished thought leader in Supply Chain Management and Business Transformation with an excellent client track record throughout his 10-year plus independent consulting career. During this time, Srini simultaneously led several global strategic ERP, operations, and value chain initiatives for Fortune 500 consumer products companies – Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Columbia Sportswear, etc.

 

Prior to his independent consulting experience Srini worked with big-six consulting firms in North America including Price Waterhouse, PWC, and IBM BCS. In each, he successfully led the delivery of large scale global High-Tech and Manufacturing SAP engagements. Before joining Price Waterhouse US, Srini spent several years in India in management consulting with Tata Consultancy Services and the National Productivity Council with a specific focus on corporate strategy, business process reengineering, operations management, lean manufacturing, shop floor Industrial Engineering, and TQM.

 

A seasoned ERP veteran and SAP leader, Srini has been involved with SAP products from the initial days of SAP R/3 in the early 90’s and is very excited and passionate about the digital transformation opportunities ahead with SAP’s S/4HANA.

 

Srini earned a Master of Business Administration from Terry College of Business, University of Georgia, a Masters in Industrial Engineering degree from NPC India, and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering degree from NIT Durgapur.

 

His passion for supply chain and digital transformation, with the right blend of SAP, business, and IT leadership skills will be invaluable to ThoughtFocus’ vision for the manufacturing industry and beyond.
