Edith hit the ground running. Starting as a contractor, she quickly proved her versatility, seamlessly transitioning into a full-time HR Generalist role where she wears multiple hats in HR, office management, and sales support. “Juggling so many roles early on gave me a crash course in prioritization and adaptability,” she says. “It wasn’t always easy, but it was incredibly rewarding.”
One of Edith’s proudest moments came when she played a key role in securing better benefits for employees while also saving the company money. “That was a defining moment for me,” she shares. “We weren’t just checking a box—we were making a real difference in people’s lives.”
Her success at ThoughtFocus isn’t just about her own ambition—it’s about the people who have supported her along the way. “My HR Manager has been instrumental in my growth. From day one, she treated me as an equal, trusting me with major responsibilities like immigration work. That opened so many doors for me.” Always hungry to learn, Edith even pursued a Google Project Management certification to expand her skill set.
But beyond the work, it’s the culture that keeps Edith energized. “The trust and respect we have for each other here—it’s unlike anywhere else I’ve been,” she says. “ThoughtFocus invests in its people. The flexibility, the support—it all makes a huge difference.”
Looking ahead, Edith is excited for what’s next. “There’s still so much to learn and accomplish. I know ThoughtFocus will continue to challenge and support me in ways I never imagined.”
