She found her ground to have found a place where she could grow both personally and professionally. Christine finds motivation in the daily opportunities for growth—whether it’s through expanding her technical expertise, gaining leadership insights, or building meaningful relationships with colleagues. A piece of advice from her spiritual mentor has deeply influenced her outlook: “Change is intentional.” This mindset drives her to lead by example and champion positive change when needed.
