Operations Lead – Dominican Republic
My initial journey with ThoughtFocus began in 2021, when the company was just starting its operations in the Dominican Republic. At that time, I was a student pursuing Systems Engineering. I decided to focus on completing my studies and acquiring additional skills to further develop myself before re-entering the professional world.
When I resumed my search for career opportunities, I found myself drawn back to ThoughtFocus. Today, I am an Operations Lead, responsible for customer service and driving performance efficiencies to ensure client success. Working closely with my team and clients, I strive to align our efforts and understand their business goals and requirements.
One of the aspects that sets ThoughtFocus apart is its unique projects and culture. Here, every individual is an integral part of the process, and regardless of the scale of their contributions, they understand that their work makes a significant impact in the grand scheme of things. When engaging with our teams, peers, managers, or leaders, there is a strong sense of respect, openness, and empathy. The work environment at ThoughtFocus exudes a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. One doesn’t require an extensive amount of time within the company to feel comfortable. Through my experience here, I have learned the value of being supportive and approachable.
