The way my journey intertwined with ThoughtFocus’ was a blend of both fate and fortune. Although I had different plans for myself initially, my love for work proved irresistible, drawing me back into the professional world. As ThoughtFocus entered the Philippines market, their immense growth potential and shared vision resonated with me instantly. I met with the team and there was almost like an instant connection, and I was on board!

Starting as a Process Lead, a relatively unfamiliar title in the Philippines, my role focused on client operations and communication. Throughout my tenure, I haven’t fixated on titles but rather on making meaningful contributions and experiencing tremendous personal growth. We have grown significantly in the Philippines and the scale of my role has expanded multi folds.

Witnessing the remarkable expansion of ThoughtFocus in the Philippines, I now find myself building processes from the ground up, taking pride in bridging gaps, and orchestrating seamless operations for our clients. The sense of purpose and impact I derive from this work is immeasurable. My team and I are truly involved in making a difference to our clients and the company.

In my time here, I have worked with leaders across locations and have matured a lot as a professional because of that. It is a privilege to be able to immerse yourself in the way they think and approach a situation, teaches you a lot. In my own way I believe I am giving that back to my team. I have 20+ leaders here and all of them are home-grown. I take immense pride in honing them and investing time in cultivating their growth and success. I have never felt like an employee at ThoughtFocus, the culture makes you think like a business owner.
