I was initially drawn to ThoughtFocus by my passion for Artificial Intelligence, and their expertise in the Financial Industry was an exciting bonus. In my previous roles, I primarily focused on ML development, but it was at ThoughtFocus that I truly embraced the role of an AI/ML specialist.
Working on AI applications in the financial industry has always been a personal goal, and being part of an organization that is both rapidly growing and stable was an obvious choice for me. Here, I have been actively involved in architecture discussions, from project inception to deployment, which has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle. At ThoughtFocus, there are no boundaries to what you can achieve, and we are encouraged to be involved in every stage of a project to deliver our best. I have found great value in collaborating with specialists across the globe, from data, development, and application teams, working together seamlessly to build innovative solutions.
With every new application we build and every algorithm we improve, we continue to evolve in this dynamic field of AI. The challenges keep us on our toes, and I find immense satisfaction in the ever-changing nature of our work.
One of the highlights of my experience here was being part of the pilot Campus Connect initiative. ThoughtFocus provided me the opportunity to work with young graduates, assisting in curriculum development and mentoring them. While I expected to impart knowledge, I ended up learning a lot from these young technologists, some of whom even joined our teams.
