Shylesh Krishnan
Chief Executive Officer
ThoughtFocus’ CEO and co-founder, Shylesh is the results-oriented, growth-focused, and velocity-intensive leader of the company. His broad industry expertise has driven the company’s expansion into new geographies across an impressive list of fortune 100 clients. Over the last 30 years, numerous clients have benefitted from Shylesh’s rich technical and business experience. He has been instrumental in helping companies transform their business models and re-engineer processes, leveraging innovative technology and offshore business process outsourcing.
Shylesh co-founded TF Payments to fill a market need for an effective payment processing platform that could be used across diverse industries. He also co-founded Renew Information Systems to bring integrated educational software to schools and colleges. Before ThoughtFocus, Shylesh held senior management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq, and HCL.


Suman Atreya
Executive Chairman of the Board
As Executive Chairman of the Board and Co-founder, Suman is the visionary leader of the company. His entrepreneurial drive, focus on customers’ best interest, and solicitude for his employees have helped the company grow strong with a consistent CAGR in the high teens. With over 30 years of industry experience, Suman’s strategic vision, passion for innovation, and hands-on approach have uniquely shaped ThoughtFocus with a blend of the best characteristics of a boutique-style specialized service provider and a large-scale matured organization. His steadfast resolve to producing the best outcome and experience for customers and employees alike is evident in the hallmark culture of ThoughtFocus.
Suman is a strong proponent of building lasting relationships. Starting with the very first customer (now Caterpillar) from 2004, to the many that came after, all continue to be long standing clients of ThoughtFocus.
Prior to founding ThoughtFocus, Suman was pivotal in the success of two start-ups Mobyz and e-Emphasys. He started his career with specialization in Microsoft technologies, followed by ERP solutions. Suman has over 14 ERP implementations to his credit across USA and Japan.


Rajiv Goyal
Chief Strategy Advisor, Board Member
Chief Strategy Advisor, Board Member and Co-founder, Rajiv drives strategic direction of the company. He is a trusted advisor to clients especially in the financial sector. With a deep understanding of business challenges, Rajiv has been a driving force behind client transformation journeys for companies such as Blackstone, CIFC, Bayview, NCR, Paysafe, and CreditPlus. With over 30 years of industry experience, Rajiv’s strategic guidance and hands-on expertise have been instrumental to building key relationships, including the company’s partnership with Blackstone and its strategic investment in ThoughtFocus.
Prior to ThoughtFocus, Rajiv had co-founded another global technology company, CIL Inc., which he helped take public in 1999. Before starting on his entrepreneurial journey, Rajiv held leadership roles at firms such as GTE, Security First Technologies (S1), and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Rajiv also holds the rare honor of architecting the world’s first internet banking solution at S1.
Rajiv is based in the New York metro area.


Anuradha Arun
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Anuradha brings a transformational approach to financial management at ThoughtFocus. A Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in global business and financial scenarios, Anuradha is a critical contributor to corporate decision-making at the board and C-suite level. Combining a big-picture view with strong analytical abilities, Anuradha designs lean processes and mechanisms that streamline finance, reporting, and performance management. She is a valuable asset in high-growth scenarios, thanks to her strong background in start-up mentoring, private equity funding, and business planning.
Passionate about quality and continuous improvement, Anuradha has built and coached diverse finance teams in previous roles, providing guidance during complex audits, cross-border reporting, and sensitive negotiations. She has worked across diverse business areas and industry sectors, including IT, software as a service, manufacturing, and financial services.
Anuradha is based at ThoughtFocus Bangalore.


Prashanth Sharma
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at ThoughtFocus, Prashanth leads the technology function across all business lines and customer engagements. With over 20 years of industry experience, Prashanth is spearheading the next wave of technology growth at ThoughtFocus, motivating teams to exceed customer expectations. A natural innovator with entrepreneurial flair, Prashanth is driven to architect new tools and strategies that bring together people, processes, and technology to solve complex business challenges. A trusted technology advisor, both in-house and to ThoughtFocus clients, Prashanth leads the development of innovative business solutions, custom built for client success.
Prashanth’s entrepreneurial mindset has characterized his career. His technology leadership was integral to the success of two technology start-ups, which have grown into multi-million-dollar solution providers. Before joining ThoughtFocus, Prashanth worked in key positions at Tech. Mahindra and SysArris Software.
Prashanth works out of the ThoughtFocus Milwaukee office.


Michael Greenberg
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Michael is responsible for all global revenue generation, strategy, and execution at ThoughtFocus. He leads ThoughtFocus’ industry-focused verticals and drives sales, customer success, marketing, and delivery, ensuring those departments work cohesively to execute the company strategy and growth initiatives.
Michael’s expertise lies in growing and managing global enterprise customers and building successful sales, marketing, and vertical growth teams. Prior to ThoughtFocus, Michael has held various growth facing leadership roles at companies in the Fintech and BFSI sectors. With his deep M&A experience in the digital services sector he has been instrumental in driving outsized revenue growth and successfully executed numerous global strategic growth initiatives.
Michael is based in the New York metro area.


Naganand Jagdeesh
Biz. Head, Payments & Loyalty (SVP)
Naganand (Naga) heads the Payments & Loyalty division at ThoughtFocus. A technologist with over 25 years of experience, Naga has strong business acumen and is responsible for growing and evolving the Payments and Loyalty practice. In the payments industry, he is recognized as an accomplished subject matter expert and trusted advisor to CXOs. Under Naga’s leadership, ThoughtFocus has conceptualized and developed innovative solution frameworks, providing deployment-ready, customizable platforms to payment service providers, acquirers, processors, and enterprise business organizations. His strategic approach, expert leadership, and global management experience have been pivotal to building and fostering client relationships.
Naga has played an integral role in a host of ThoughtFocus offerings, including a payment gateway, acquiring and issuing switch solutions, a fleet card authorization host, a loyalty solution host, vault integrations, SMB e-commerce solutions, an SMS traffic gateway, and clearing and settlement systems. Before joining ThoughtFocus in 2006, Naga held senior roles at technology powerhouses such as Unisys Corporation, Compaq, and Hewlett-Packard.
Naga is based out of the Dallas office.


Sandeep Gupte
Biz. Head, Capital Markets/Alt. Assets
Sandeep has over 30 years of technology and domain expertise in capital markets and alternative investments. With a deep understanding of the complexities of multi-strategy investment firms, Sandeep is a trusted advisor to diverse financial services clients. His extensive expertise in asset management funds has been integral to the rollout of data strategies and investment relations for many large alternative investment firms. He was the driving force behind the strategy for data governance, master data management, and reporting intelligence at firms such as Blackstone and Angelo Gordon. Instrumental in establishing the Blackstone Center of Excellence, Sandeep also played a leadership role in the integration of business process solutions for fund accounting.
Previously, Sandeep was Chief Technology Officer at Angelo Gordon, guiding key strategic technologies, including converting their legacy fund accounting system. He also oversaw business continuity, investor relations management, and front-, middle- and back-office transaction processing. Sandeep was one of the key players behind the development of SunGard/FIS’s portfolio accounting and business process management solution.
Sandeep is based in New York.


Palaniappan Rajaram
Biz. Head, Mortgage & Lending (SVP)
Palaniappan (Raj) heads the Mortgage & Lending division at ThoughtFocus working with a diverse set of clients across the entire lending eco-system from origination, servicing to credit reporting. He has advised clients both on commercial and consumer lending. With over 25 years of experience, Raj has been hands-on in the transformative journeys for companies such as CreditPlus, Bayview Loans, Silver Hill Funding, Blackstone, Citco among others. He has deep technical talent, analytical acumen and the ability to envision the business transformation, clients need.
CXO’s count on him to convert abstract business strategy to actionalble technology roadmaps and deliver on their vision. It’s this unique skill that continues to drive lasting partnerships that ThoughtFocus forms with its clients.
In additional to the mortgage and lending, Raj also has a deep understanding of the alternative asset industry from fund administration, waterfall modeling, to investor reporting.
Before joining ThoughtFocus, he held key positions at leading companies such as SAIC and GTE. He is based in the Washington DC area.


DivyaTej (DT) Raghu Rao
Biz. Head, Higher Ed & Public Sector (VP)
As Biz. Head, Higher Ed and Public Sector, DivyaTej (DT) leads client projects in higher education, government, and the non-profit sector. Passionate about innovation and digital transformation, DT’s technical expertise spans enterprise applications, large data systems, machine learning, AI, and the Cloud. With a particular flair for launching new services and products, DT is skilled at building businesses from the ground up. His hands-on leadership style and ability to seamlessly connect have brought numerous ThoughtFocus initiatives to successful fruition. Among his many achievements, DT built and launched the revolutionary AI-based chatbot, YANA.
Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, DT has played key roles in the inception and growth of several startups such as TF Payments, iAlertesite.com, and Enfacet. Before joining ThoughtFocus, he co-founded his own company, Infonet Consulting, which was ultimately acquired by ThoughtFocus. In his earlier career, DT held leadership roles at MITS Inc., the SLK Group, and Otto Bilz.


Ritesh Wadhwa
Biz. Head, Digital Operations (SVP)
As SVP and head of Digital Operations at ThoughtFocus, Ritesh leads the business process optimizations for clients. Known in the industry for his impactful contribution to process efficiency and scalability, Ritesh has led digital transformation and operational optimization for numerous clients in the financial sector including Mortgage and Lending, Banking and Capital Markets and Logistics to name a few. He is trusted by CXO’s to deliver on their critical business operations with scale and cost optimization from Global centers in India, Philippines and Dominican Republic.
Under Ritesh’s strategic leadership, ThoughtFocus has transformed from being an offshore process outsourcing and cost optimization company to being harbingers of Digital Operations. Ritesh hand holds clients on their digital journey bringing a holistic transformation in their business operations with a view to deliver on extraordinary “user experiences” using automation, digital technologies and process and people optimization.
Before joining ThoughtFocus, Ritesh played a pivotal role at HCL Technologies in the company’s growth of it business process outsourcing operations.
Ritesh is based out of ThoughtFocus Irvine in California.


Katrina Bierce
Sr. Director, HR & Biz. Operations
As Senior Director of Human Resources & Business Operations, Katrina drives the people strategy at ThoughtFocus. An accomplished HR professional with more than 30 years’ experience in leadership roles, Katrina designs and implements the HR strategies that attract and retain the company’s high-performing talent. Her passionate leadership style and hands-on approach have steered ThoughtFocus employees through times of change, transition, and growth. Katrina is a Senior Certified Professional of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), and a member of both SHRM and the Metro Milwaukee SHRM.
Before joining ThoughtFocus, Katrina held HR leadership roles at direct marketing and food products/equipment distribution firms. With experience supporting both established businesses and entrepreneurial ventures, Katrina is skilled at guiding organizations through all stages of business growth – from start-up and expansion to stabilization and maturity.
Katrina works out of the ThoughtFocus Milwaukee office.


Jim Hilley
Vice President, Sales
Vice President of Sales at ThoughtFocus, Jim is a proven sales leader with over 30 years of industry experience. Jim is adept at understanding client challenges and matching these with meaningful solutions from the ThoughtFocus portfolio. His talent for establishing relationships with executive decision-makers make him a valued partner to ThoughtFocus clients across a broad spectrum of industries. Jim has extensive experience of developing outsourcing strategies for large global enterprises, finding the right balance of on-, near-, and off-shore services to maximize client value.
Prior to his role at ThoughtFocus, Jim led the sales function at Xpanxion, helping to grow the company’s revenue and acquire Fortune 500 customers. As part of the leadership team, Jim also led customer sales acquisitions at Gazelle Consulting eventually culminating in their purchase by Capgemini.
Jim is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
