Irvine, California
Our Irvine office brought ThoughtFocus presence on the West coast. Many of our customers have a nationwide presence and this office provides us with the opportunity to serve them locally on the West coast. Our Higher Education vertical is also based out of this office in California. YANA, our AI/ML offering for universities, is led from this location.
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The city is home to our global headquarters. In 2004, we started operations right from this location and our very first customer, a global mining equipment manufacturer, hails from this city and continues to be a valued client. This long-standing relationship embodies our corporate culture, customer focus and trusted partner mentality. With access to the best industrial automation and manufacturing technologies talent, the Milwaukee office provides ThoughtFocus an edge in serving our Manufacturing customers.
Edison, New Jersey
Formerly known as the Raritan Township and renamed to honor the inventor Thomas Alva Edison, the city of Edison houses our Financial Services Division. There is the one and only New York City, the financial capital of the world. With many of our key financial services customers hailing the Big Apple their home, the Edison office allows us to be their local trusted partner. It also offers our talented work force an opportunity to work with some of the most reputed leaders in the financial services industry. We operate our Alternative Investment, and Mortgage and Lending businesses out of this office.
Atlanta, Georgia
Atlanta is a natural extension of our Dallas office and plays a key role in serving our industry leading Payments & Loyalty Solutions Group (PLSG) clients. With many of the leading payments’ companies located in Atlanta, ThoughtFocus has built the best-of-the-breed payments teams to provide exceptional support to our clients in this geography.
Dallas, Texas
Dallas is not just one of the fastest growing tech hubs, but also an upcoming payment industry hub. With many of the top names (like our client NCR) in the payment industry making Dallas a home for them, it was only logical to have a dedicated office for our Payments & Loyalty Solutions Group (PLSG) in town. ThoughtFocus’ Payments & Loyalty Solutions Group out of Dallas works closely with our team in Atlanta to build and market payments solutions.

Comfort Gives is ThoughtFocus’ social impact program that is dedicated to giving back to our communities through in-kind and financial donations. In 2020, ThoughtFocus met virtually with multiple elementary schools around the United States to host virtual readings of Chief Comfort Officer’s story, Aidan the Hugging Goldendoodle, along with gifting the students their own copy of the book.
