  • Master’s degree in human resources.
  • Extensive experience 12 to 15 years in HR leadership roles within the IT and ITES industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and industry regulations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and manage complex HR projects.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and tools.
  • Professional certification like SHRM is preferred.

Job Description:

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
  • Identify key HR priorities and initiatives to support organizational growth and success.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to executive management on HR-related matters.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top-quality candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to meet talent requirements.
  • Lead efforts to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees within the organization.
  • Foster a positive employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Performance Management and Employee Development:

  • Establish and oversee performance management systems and processes to drive employee performance and development.
  • Implement performance evaluation methodologies and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and coaching.
  • Identify training and development needs, design employee development programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage employee grievance processes and handle complex employee relations issues.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the organization's compensation packages are competitive.
  • Develop and review compensation policies and guidelines to ensure fairness and compliance.
  • Provide guidance on salary structure, incentive plans, and performance-based compensation.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Stay updated with changes in HR laws and regulations and proactively adjust policies and practices as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes and documentation meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Organizational Development and Change Management:

  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with executive management on organizational restructuring and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Drive cultural and organizational change initiatives to support the company's strategic goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers during times of organizational change or restructuring.




HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends, insights, and key metrics.
  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to executive management.
  • Use HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and monitor HR KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

HR Budgeting and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage the HR department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Evaluate and select HR technology systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance data management capabilities.
