Qualification: MBA- HR
- Master’s degree in human resources.
- Extensive experience 12 to 15 years in HR leadership roles within the IT and ITES industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and industry regulations.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and manage complex HR projects.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and tools.
- Professional certification like SHRM is preferred.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Identify key HR priorities and initiatives to support organizational growth and success.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to executive management on HR-related matters.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top-quality candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to meet talent requirements.
- Lead efforts to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees within the organization.
- Foster a positive employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Performance Management and Employee Development:
- Establish and oversee performance management systems and processes to drive employee performance and development.
- Implement performance evaluation methodologies and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and coaching.
- Identify training and development needs, design employee development programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage employee grievance processes and handle complex employee relations issues.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the organization's compensation packages are competitive.
- Develop and review compensation policies and guidelines to ensure fairness and compliance.
- Provide guidance on salary structure, incentive plans, and performance-based compensation.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in HR laws and regulations and proactively adjust policies and practices as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes and documentation meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Organizational Development and Change Management:
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, talent management, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with executive management on organizational restructuring and workforce planning initiatives.
- Drive cultural and organizational change initiatives to support the company's strategic goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers during times of organizational change or restructuring.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends, insights, and key metrics.
- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to executive management.
- Use HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor HR KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
HR Budgeting and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the HR department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Evaluate and select HR technology systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance data management capabilities.
