As a co-founder and former CEO of ThoughtFocus, Shylesh Krishnan has been a driving force behind the company’s growth, innovation, and client success for over two decades. Known for his results-oriented and growth-focused leadership style, Shylesh helped shape ThoughtFocus into a global technology services company serving an impressive roster of Fortune 100 clients.

Under his leadership, ThoughtFocus expanded across new geographies, launched key business units, and deepened its capabilities in digital transformation, automation, and outsourcing. With over 30 years of experience in the technology and business services space, Shylesh has guided companies through complex transformations, helping them re-engineer operations, adopt new technologies, and unlock long-term value.

He also co-founded TF Payments to address industry gaps in secure, scalable payment processing, and Renew Information Systems to bring integrated software solutions to educational institutions.

Before founding ThoughtFocus, Shylesh held senior leadership roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq, and HCL. Today, he continues to support ThoughtFocus as a member of the Board, helping to guide strategic direction and ensure continuity as the company enters its next chapter of growth.

As Executive Chairman of the Board and Co-founder, Suman is the visionary leader of the company. His entrepreneurial drive, focus on customers’ best interest, and solicitude for his employees have helped the company grow strong with a consistent CAGR in the high teens. With over 30 years of industry experience, Suman’s strategic vision, passion for innovation, and hands-on approach have uniquely shaped ThoughtFocus with a blend of the best characteristics of a boutique-style specialized service provider and a large-scale matured organization. His steadfast resolve to producing the best outcome and experience for customers and employees alike is evident in the hallmark culture of ThoughtFocus.

Suman is a strong proponent of building lasting relationships. Starting with the very first customer (now Caterpillar) from 2004, to the many that came after, all continue to be long standing clients of ThoughtFocus.

Prior to founding ThoughtFocus, Suman was pivotal in the success of two start-ups Mobyz and e-Emphasys. He started his career with specialization in Microsoft technologies, followed by ERP solutions. Suman has over 14 ERP implementations to his credit across USA and Japan.

Chief Strategy Advisor, Board Member and Co-founder, Rajiv drives strategic direction of the company. He is a trusted advisor to clients especially in the financial sector. With a deep understanding of business challenges, Rajiv has been a driving force behind client transformation journeys for companies such as Blackstone, CIFC, Bayview, NCR, Paysafe, and CreditPlus. With over 30 years of industry experience, Rajiv’s strategic guidance and hands-on expertise have been instrumental to building key relationships, including the company’s partnership with Blackstone and its strategic investment in ThoughtFocus.

Prior to ThoughtFocus, Rajiv had co-founded another global technology company, CIL Inc., which he helped take public in 1999. Before starting on his entrepreneurial journey, Rajiv held leadership roles at firms such as GTE, Security First Technologies (S1), and the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Rajiv also holds the rare honor of architecting the world’s first internet banking solution at S1.

Rajiv is based in the New York metro area.

Sanjib leads ThoughtFocus’ Payments practice globally, bringing over two decades of experience in driving growth, innovation, and large-scale digital transformation across the payments and fintech industries.

His leadership journey spans prominent roles at Cognizant, Deloitte, PwC, and U.S. Bank, where he consistently delivered strategic impact by aligning emerging technologies with business priorities. Sanjib has been instrumental in shaping future-ready payments ecosystems, leveraging his expertise to address evolving market trends and client needs.

At ThoughtFocus, Sanjib is responsible for defining and executing the global payments strategy, focusing on innovation, market expansion, and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Sanjib is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Sandeep has over 30 years of technology and domain expertise in capital markets and alternative investments. With a deep understanding of the complexities of multi-strategy investment firms, Sandeep is a trusted advisor to diverse financial services clients. His extensive expertise in asset management funds has been integral to the rollout of data strategies and investment relations for many large alternative investment firms. He was the driving force behind the strategy for data governance, master data management, and reporting intelligence at firms such as Blackstone and Angelo Gordon. Instrumental in establishing the Blackstone Center of Excellence, Sandeep also played a leadership role in the integration of business process solutions for fund accounting.

Previously, Sandeep was Chief Technology Officer at Angelo Gordon, guiding key strategic technologies, including converting their legacy fund accounting system. He also oversaw business continuity, investor relations management, and front-, middle- and back-office transaction processing. Sandeep was one of the key players behind the development of SunGard/FIS’s portfolio accounting and business process management solution.

Sandeep is based in New York.

Suman leads ThoughtFocus’ Banking, Insurance & Lending vertical globally.

A seasoned Technology leader, Suman brings with him over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. Prior to joining ThoughtFocus, Suman held key leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services, spearheading numerous large-scale transformational initiatives. He provided strategic counsel to senior management teams on growth strategies, productivity enhancements, and operational model restructuring for agility and cost optimization.

Suman also led several major banking and financial clients for TCS, managing a P&L exceeding $100 million. In his most recent role as Head – Mortgage Digital Solutions, Suman successfully managed business advisory, digital strategy, product development, and AI business solutioning for customers across North America region.

Suman is based out of Washington D.C area.

Senthil is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience managing large-scale portfolios, driving growth, and building strong client partnerships across Hospitality, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, and Hi-Tech. He has consistently delivered year-over-year revenue growth while maintaining high margins, with full P&L ownership of portfolios exceeding $85M.

Throughout his career, Senthil has successfully overseen the end-to-end financial health of complex engagements, balancing revenue growth, profitability, and investment priorities while leading global teams of more than 750 professionals. He has also led the implementation of IoT-based solutions and AR/VR programs (remote assist and experiential retail/hospitality) for large enterprise customers, integrating with core platforms and data pipelines to improve uptime, safety, and time-to-competency. In his most recent leadership role, he was instrumental in expanding the portfolio, strengthening CXO-level relationships, and driving large-scale transformation and modernization programs.

Senthil holds a postgraduate degree in Machine Tool Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. Since joining Thought Focus in January 2025, Senthil has continued to demonstrate exceptional leadership and vision.

Based in Clifton, Virginia, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Senthil is an avid dog lover and has a passion for cooking and exploring global cuisines.

As the Chief Business Officer of ThoughtFocus, Santhosh is at the forefront of shaping the company's vision and growth strategies. With a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years, he brings deep expertise in driving growth through innovative business technology solutions. In his role, Santhosh aligns ThoughtFocus' capabilities with market demands, oversees all revenue-generating functions, and provides executive sponsorship to key customer relationships.

Prior to ThoughtFocus, Santhosh successfully led the global mortgage business at Tata Consultancy Services. His impactful contributions to technology, product development, and strategic formulation at Freddie Mac further solidify his position as a leader in the industry.

Widely recognized as an award-winning speaker and a highly sought after CXO advisor, Santhosh is known for his keen insights into business model innovation. Currently based in Washington DC, he is spearheading the next wave of growth at ThoughtFocus, showcasing his commitment to driving the company's success in the ever-evolving business landscape.

As EVP and head of Digital Operations at ThoughtFocus, Ritesh leads the business process optimizations for clients. Known in the industry for his impactful contribution to process efficiency and scalability, Ritesh has led digital transformation and operational optimization for numerous clients in the financial sector including Mortgage and Lending, Banking and Capital Markets and Logistics to name a few. He is trusted by CXO’s to deliver on their critical business operations with scale and cost optimization from Global centers in India, Philippines and Dominican Republic.

Under Ritesh’s strategic leadership, ThoughtFocus has transformed from being an offshore process outsourcing and cost optimization company to being harbingers of Digital Operations. Ritesh hand holds clients on their digital journey bringing a holistic transformation in their business operations with a view to deliver on extraordinary “user experiences” using automation, digital technologies and process and people optimization.

Before joining ThoughtFocus, Ritesh played a pivotal role at HCL Technologies in the company’s growth of it business process outsourcing operations.

Ritesh is based out of ThoughtFocus Irvine in California.

Kevin is a Managing Director based in H.I.G. Capital’s San Francisco office. He is involved in all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and execution of post-closing growth and operational strategies, including add-on acquisitions. Kevin leads technology investing for the Lower Middle Market fund.

Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and management consulting. Prior to joining H.I.G., he was a Consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, financial, and automotive industries across North America and Europe. While at Bain, Kevin also worked in the dedicated private equity practice focusing on market, company, and competitive due diligence for global private equity funds.

Kevin earned his M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management, and he graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science dual degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics, cum laude.

Tyler is a Principal based in H.I.G. Capital’s San Francisco office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and executing post-closing growth and operational strategies.

Tyler has more than ten years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital, Tyler was a Vice President at Ares Management where he executed private equity investments in a variety of industries. Previously, Tyler was a private equity associate at Leonard Green & Partners and an analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Citigroup.

Tyler earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University, summa cum laude.

Andrew is a Senior Vice President based in H.I.G. Capital’s San Francisco office. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing, and executing post-closing growth and operational strategies.

Andrew has nearly a decade of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital, Andrew worked for Riverarch Equity Partners where he invested across a diverse set of industries. Andrew began his career as an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets in the M&A group.

Andrew earned an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management and his undergraduate degree from Ohio University.

Sandeep is a key strategist, proven CEO, trusted board director, highly effective coach and mentor, bold thinker and innovator, awesome team builder and a high performance global tech business leader.

Sandeep is an Executive Partner at Siris Capital Group. He works closely with the investment professionals, other Executive Partners and Advisors to help identify and validate potential investment opportunities for Siris primarily in Technology Enabled Services as well as assist in the oversight and operations of Siris’ portfolio companies.

Sandeep was the CEO and Managing Director of Zensar Technologies and the Group Management Board at RPG Enterprises from 2016 to 2021. Sandeep shaped a bold turnaround of Zensar from a legacy IT company to a relevant, state-of-the-art 100% living digital enterprise. Under Sandeep's leadership, Zensar reached many significant milestones and achievements. Zensar’s digital transformation has the distinct, dual honor of being featured as a case study by both Harvard Business School (2018) and London Business School (2020).

Sandeep has authored and published two bilingual books of Hindi-English poems, Your Shadow Wants to Walk Alone and Old Seeds of a New Tree. The Economic Times called Sandeep, "The CEO Poet." He is also the co-founder of Har Asha Foundation, a non-profit organization. An avid dog lover, Sandeep lives with his family in Silicon Valley, California.

Vikram brings over 25 years of leadership experience across the technology services industry, blending deep domain expertise with strategic vision. He leads ThoughtFocus’ global sales and marketing organization, driving growth, brand presence, and partnerships.

Most recently, Vikram served as Executive Vice President – Healthcare and Lifesciences at Encora Inc., following its acquisition of Excellarate in 2023. At Excellarate, he was Chief Revenue Officer, spearheading revenue growth, and customer success. Over the course of his career, Vikram has held senior leadership roles in sales and marketing at Persistent Systems, Clairvoyant LLC, UST Global, and Capgemini, consistently leading teams that delivered measurable business impact in the technology and financial services sectors.

Vikram holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Vikram is based in the Greater Boston area.

Madan brings over 30 years of experience in IT services with a strong record of leading global delivery, scaling operations, and driving strategic growth across multiple industries. As Global Head of Delivery at ThoughtFocus, he is responsible for overseeing all global delivery functions, ensuring execution excellence, innovation, and consistent value for clients.

His industry expertise spans Financial Services, Manufacturing and Automotive, Retail and CPG, Healthcare, Government, and Travel and Hospitality. Madan brings deep knowledge of enterprise platforms, digital transformation, and data and analytics, which he applies to strengthen delivery capabilities and support business outcomes.

Before joining ThoughtFocus, Madan held senior leadership roles at Birlasoft and HCL Technologies, where he led large global teams and drove scalable delivery models, processes and solutions across service lines leading to significant growth. His experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and solution development enables him to lead transformative initiatives and build high-performing delivery organizations.

Madan is based in Bangalore.

Preeti brings more than 20 years of experience driving culture transformation, leadership development, and people-centered strategies in global organizations. As Global Head of HR, she leads efforts to align ThoughtFocus' values with business strategy, ensuring an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance environment across global teams.

As an HR Leader she has led several M&A initiatives and Organization Capability Enhancement initiatives with the vision of making organizations' future ready with high caliber leadership capabilities. With her global experience spanning North America, Europe and Asia, Preeti has driven several Centers of Excellence Initiatives. Under her leadership, HR teams have been inspired to create high performing teams through coaching, empowerment and self-organization. With her unique experience as a P&L owner and later as a wellness entrepreneur, Preeti has been able to lead significant organization turnarounds and has been a partner in driving the business strategy which puts people first. In her roles as a Leader of HR at Dover Fueling Solutions, Infosys etc., Preeti has been credited for creating processes and practices that empower and enable agility and growth of the employees based on their aspirations.

Preeti is an executive coach and is trusted by senior leaders during critical phases of change management and organization transformation. She believes that to enable the best potential, leaders need to engage not just the minds but also the hearts. She is a mentor and has helped several women leaders and entrepreneurs find their voice on the Torch platform and within the TiE Network. Preeti has been volunteering with SAIVA for the last 3 plus years.

Preeti is based in Dallas, Texas.

Tim is a leader in insurance technology with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation for top health payers and disability carriers. At ThoughtFocus, he heads strategic partnerships and delivery for the insurance practice, specializing in AI-enabled platforms and claims modernization to help clients cut costs and get to market faster.

He previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Insurance at Encora, building on a 23-year career with a prominent digital engineering firm. Tim has a proven track record of helping clients improve outcomes by streamlining complex processes and automating workflows, including exception claims, intake, and underwriting. He is a strong advocate for AI-augmented, low-code and agile solutions that enable carriers to adapt to market shifts while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Tim is based in the New York Metro area.

Bradley Clerkin leads the global Artificial Intelligence practice at ThoughtFocus, driving innovation and excellence in AI-powered solutions.

A seasoned executive leader, with over two decades of experience in professional consulting services with primary focus on digital transformations in manufacturing industries, Richard (Rick) Goree has joined ThoughtFocus to lead our Manufacturing vertical.

Prior to ThoughtFocus, Rick has been a part of global organizations like Oracle, Infosys Consulting, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing large P&L s through global engagements for clients like General Motors, Symantec, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and various other high-tech manufacturers in healthcare and FMCG.

Rick will guide the Manufacturing vertical to partner with clients and achieve successful outcomes with targeted technology solutions in the supply chain management, logistics management, manufacturing operations, and warehouse/distribution areas.

A strong leader with sharp communication and negotiation skills, Jenny Rose confidently steers the Digital Operations function. Through her positive mindset she injects passion into everything she does, striving to make sure her associates, leaders, and customers are satisfied and achieve their goals.

With a career in Business Process Outsourcing and Digital Operations spanning 19+ years, before joining ThoughtFocus Jenny Rose previously worked at the ICT Group and Sitel. Her role has gradually evolved from Client Services Coordinator to Team Manager, Business Process Lead, and her current position of Head of Customer initiatives. She played a fundamental role in the set-up, transition, and expansion of ThoughtFocus Digital Operations. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Jenny Rose has extensive experience in process quality improvement and project management in fast-paced environments.

Jenny Rose is also passionate about writing, and before entering the world of BPO she was a journalist. She finished a degree in Mass Communication as Cumlaude. For many years, she has been an active volunteer with the Missionary of Charity supporting underprivileged, disabled, and ill members of the community.

Anvith Ram is responsible for managing Business Operations at a ThoughtFocus delivery center in the Philippines. He assists in implementing service methodologies, incident management, problem management, change management, and capacity management. Managing and improving workflow and throughput for IT Operations, he oversees staff of System engineers on various IT matters.

Anvith is an experienced IT and Business operations professional with 15+ years of rich industry experience in progressively responsible roles such as Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, Associate IT Manager, Group Manager, Business Operations, and Associate General Manager.

Felipe is responsible for managing Business Operations for a ThoughtFocus delivery center in Dominican Republic. He has been an integral part of the Dominican Republic center since its inception and played a key role in setting up and expansion of the operations on the island.

Felipe is an experienced project and service delivery manager with a demonstrated history of over 17+ years in the BPO and Digital Operations Industry with expertise in Financial Services, Customer Care and Technical Support. Analytical, Negotiation and Coaching Skills. He is a strong operations’ professional with a Master of Business Administration in Neuro Management.

A seasoned IT leader with 25+ years IT experience in running P&Ls, IT Operations, Technology, setting up development centers, practices, CoEs globally and having worked in the USA, Europe, India, South America with top industry leading firms.

Prior to ThoughtFocus, Srini has been part of global organizations like Capgemini, Tech Mahindra (Satyam), Infosys, TCS (Tata Unisys). In his immediately previous role, Srini was Vice President - Cloud Infrastructure Services in Capgemini.

Srini is the head of the J. J. Keller CoE, a unit setup in India to provide Technology, Automation, IT and Business Process services to J. J. Keller – a leader in safety and regulatory compliance solutions in the US.
